Not sure if it being a muscle bike will make a difference but the rat bikes I have sold through Craig's list usually go for $600-650. I list them at $800-900 to start.

Well, not all of us have a show room like yours. I'm pushing the bounds of room in my garage. Plus, I'd like to free up some money to finish the 24" inch for him.

$400 would likely be the higher-end of the range, I'd guess. Ask $500, take any offer North of $350.
