Women's Colombia Thunderbolt?

I found a really cool bicycle in my grandfathers backyard. It is a columbia thunderbolt. I've tried looking for information on it and all I can find is that it is a woman's bike and is possibly from 1959-1961. Do you know anything else about it? It is pretty rusty and I would also like to know if it can be reconditioned or restored. Thanks a bunch!

Ive been doing more research and noticed that most of the bikes with my same frame style have a small tank.
has it been removed or am I just an idiot and it was never there?
