Western Flyer?

the bullnose chain guard looks to be a western flyer but the tank look add and the fenders looks like the stays are not aligned properly.


Any ideas? Worth picking up?

Looks Higgins to me. If it's cheap enough I'd get it. May have original paint under the red.

its badged as a Murray. The chain guard says aero line.

I picked it up cheap and the wheels are painted swap outs. I took the tank off and the red paint it on the inside also. I believe red may be original..

Yours might be a little newer, note the newer style fork crown on yours. Maybe a replacement? If you can get the outer layer of paint off, it might show if it's the same color as the frame. The forks show a slight bend, nothing that can't be fixed. It's worth picking up, depending on how much they are asking.
