Very cool winter project. Headset bearings are missing; bottom bracket bearings are all jimmy-jacked. Will need both replaced. Rear hub is missing the cog and brake arm, chain, shifter, etc. Probably easier to replace the whole thing unless you have an enviable parts bin. Nice patina, cruise it as a rat rod or pretty it up again. Sturmey-Archer three speed hup is dated 1961, rims are stamed Raleigh. I’d love to restore it myself but don’t have time.
I have an old Murray frame I can throw in, I think the bearings will swap over but I’m not 100% sure. Feel free to shoot me an offer.
