Huffy "fits-sooner" safety frame, from about 1949?-1958? by Huffman.
Could have been sold as a Western Flyer, Gambles Hiawatha, and others.
The two top tubes that join together at the rear are a clue.
The date should be reflected on left drop-out/chain-tensioner, in form of a number and letter H, (e.g., "6H" for a 1956-Huffy).

Check out this '48 catalog...shows that all frames, including the 24" juvenile, were the new fits-sooner frames.
