whose bike is this?

Hi all, I'm new here at rrb. I'm wondering whose bike this is because I would be interested to know what kind of forks those are. And, are those 26" wheels? Thanks

I don't know about the bike's owner,but the forks look exactly like a generic replacement fork I just used on one of my bikes. Mine are chrome, however.

Agree. My LBS keeps them in stock. Dropouts may be a little different now that I look close.
