Who knows Rollfast

I grabbed this Rollfast 24" today for 40 bucks. I have no idea what it is and I can't find serial numbers. Anyone have a rough clue?

Not sure where I'm heading with it but I'm thinking of wedging 700c's in there and going for a speed build!

That seat is a Troxel teacup. I have one and I think it's the most comfortable old seat I have. Gary

Not sure about the bike at all, but I had shoehorned some 700cX38's on a Sears 26" lightweight with the fenders still on there. I did have to put the rear in there while the tire was flat to squeeze it in.

It would be much easier with no fenders and a smaller sized 700c tire.
