Where do I buy parts?

So it looks like alot of us have been taken for a few bucks here and there trying to buy parts! Can anyone point me in the direction of a stand up outfit to buy parts from! Just because they have a slick website and will take my creditcard dont mean they'll deliver the goods! :x
