This is a kit to bolt a disc onto an adapter, threaded onto a freewheel hub (instead of a freewheel).

They have been out of stock for a long time, any idea where else I can buy one?
 
Keep in mind that some of these use a rear wheel meant for a nominal 135mm wide between dropouts. If you put it in, say a tripple tree rigid front fork, nominal 110mm wide. Along with a disc and a caliper, it will not fit.Pictures usually show a spread springer fork. CMB had some that were welded.
