Thanks, Fellas! The Handlebars do be grabbing all the attention on this one. I wish more was needed., it feels weird to get a bike that needs virtually nothing., especially after three Hiawatha and all that work.

It's easily the smoothest bike I've ever ridden prior to working on it, next to a new Electra.

Rode Shoestring around the neighborhood earlier this morning. Decided to have a little fun and clamp an Ace to the front rack for more horsepower.

Ya ever try balloons instead of playing cards? Those little ones ya make animals out of, about a small fist worth of air and then tie each end on the fork and fold it into the spokes when you're rolling. Mom did it for me first time when I was a kid and I was the King of the street that day.

Never heard of that trick! I'll have to check it out.

Finally got everything on the Trek SoHo S Deluxe working perfectly. Nice bike once I got used to how quite it is with the belt drive. 1st Shimano Nexus-8 I've owned as well as the 1st Roller brake set up I've had. Rides incredibly smooth. But my old Huffy is still my favorite bike to ride. I figured out a good way to make the rear rack work so after I'm back from this evenings ride on ot I'll be putting the saddlebags back on it.

As I have written over in my CobblestoneRat Build thread I spent the last two days at the VELO fair in Berlin Tempelhof. Yesterday a mainly looked at different bikes, checked out some specials and today I did loads of testriding, according to my tracking app it was around 11km on the testtracks...

That, I like!!

If had to choose one of my todays rides (and didn't have to worry about money) it would be the green iumentum at the top! I had a big grin on my face, when I brought it back!
By far the best (cargo) bike I tried today!

I like the ones with a large forward cargo area. I could sit in there, enjoy all the consumables it would carry, then take a nap in it. At the beach with an umbrella. :113:

And maybe even find someone to peddle you home! 😄 What a great day that would be!!!
