Cool pic, What frame is that?
Thanks. It's a Paul Budnitz design he called "Alpha". He had a bike business up in VT from 2010-2020 before the pandemic put him under. Mine's pretty basic; I got it as a frame only but when he was operating it was available basic to fully loaded with a Gates Carbon belt drive and Alphine 11.

At my age, I'd end up in a body cast if I tried riding a BMX or skate park.
I dunno, don't sell yourself short. Age is just a number.

Ridge Running yesterday on the Big Orange Machine.

I made a slight miscue at speed near the end of the ride and stacked pretty hard. A little Vitamin I (Ibuprofen) and CBD followed by proper stretching and I'm ready to ride today.

'Tis but a scratch...

Took Speed Demon out for a long calorie ride today that turned into a bit of an art ride too.

Broke out my old US made 97 Cannondale M700 ridge mountain bike, this the first bike I bought new 24 yrs ago. I still have the receipt!
I've converted it to a variety of different 700C & 26" setups over the years, Currently running with 650Bs as a 1x8 trail bike for moderate trail riding, No jumping with these bars!!!!! It's great to get out on the old classic which has none of it's original parts left on it, all changed out and upgraded overtime. Love this aluminum frame/cromo fork frameset!
