Playing around with guards and skirts today. I think the Roadmaster Luxury Liner is gonna win out. It blends more naturally with the Higgins skirts. It's always fun rumaging through the stash and seeing what fits.

Planning to scallop the end of the fender for coolness and to let the floating sissy bar to flow through.

Switching to a mag sprocket too.

Did a little paint color test on a small spare chrome fender with the Metalcast Anodized Blue. Just wanted to see if it was a decent match for the wheels. I laid it on thick fir the test. For best results with this paint, you have to do multi thin layers

Gotta live 1950s chrome. It's not all here, but where it is, it's super!

And i think most of the backside is all chrome. Ran out of dolla bills for the stripper. Gotta hit up the ATM

Yes, I think the paint will match well with the wheels. Now I just have to figure out my paint scheme. But first I get all of these parts working together. Tick Tock :D

B!! That's it!! Change nothing!! Love the sissy bar idea. YBJB!! Peace

Jake, even Build James has to change some stuff up. But I did refine my plan a bit today for sure. I still have a couple of things that are being dropped in the mail to me tomorrow.

Amazing stockpile of parts to choose from!

That is the fun for me in hunting and flipping bikes. I keep many parts for free (or buy from the profits) so that I can play around with them during the build offs.

Paint looks like a good match.

I thought I had already posted this. Trimmed up the luxury liner guard bracket a bit and it looks like it is going to meld well with the skirts

Would have liked the middle chain guard if it was longer maybe just because the lines kinda match the vents in the skirt.

Yeah, the Columbia guard is awesome but just too offset from the skirts to flow well.
