I went to pick up this little Dahon folder;

I picked it up and ended up coming home with 12 total and a handful of parts. So I got 12 for the price of one!! My buddy Juca and I had some work to do when we unloaded it...

The folders I'll keep. Anything else that can be fixed will be and then donated to a local charity. Anything that cant be fixed will be sold and/or parted to fund the ones that can be fixed.

Yes, as a matter of fact I still have the original front brake sitting in my room that he never picked up if you want it. Here's what it looked like when I got it back in Oct of 2010.

Good luck finding tires for it... :lol:

I measured the Schwinn frame--27" / 68.5 cm. Holy cow that's a tall one! The head badge has 1017 stamped into it and also has GD709024 on the left dropout. The Peugeot is spoken for already. I like the Murray Outrage frame for some reason. The kids size bikes will be done first and taken to the local charity. The adult bikes need some work so they may not be as lucky.

Sweet score!

was there not a rear brake?
Just wondering

It has a narrow rear drum on the left side.
Yep, externally geared 3 speed drum brake.

I also have some Schwinn drop bars if you need them for your jolly giant road bike there. That thing is huge! :shock:

I'm not scrapping the World. I know there's somebody out there 6'6" or taller (definitely not me) that's in need of a bike their size!

Juca miss a meal? Nope. He's a funny dog. Very affectionate and entertaining as well as a great friend. We're about to get him certified as a therapy dog so I can take him into the children's & VA hospitals around here. He's a happy boy too!
