wanted to get a thread going that i can upload progress pics and add photos of any new bikes my illness drives me to purchase.

1952 Schwinn B-6 (a few parts left to find, but no real resto planned / desired)
i put new decals on the tank and forgot to put it back on for the photo

mangled corpse of a 1959 Schwinn Phanton (parts hunt in progress)

1964 Schwinn Typhoon Police Bike (just kidding) finished/left alone, in as found and as currently ridden condition

1964 Schwinn Jaguar Mark VI (just going to clean and hammer out)

1969 Schinn Bantam (i don't like this one. it hangs on the wall feeling sorry for itself... i hope.)

1969 Columbia Playbike ** (in the process of cleaning, redline tires on the way... pics to follow)

1970 Schwinn Suburban (need to spit shine and enjoy)

1973 Schwinn Varsity (sold)

1975 Puch Toledo (just about mint)

that was a once in a lifetime score, maybe... i bought it with a cycle truck neck on it. and selling that neck on ebay more than covered the cost of the bike and some of the parts it needed.

All of these are beautiful bikes, but "Sexual Butterscotch" is one bad mutha... if only 'Sabre Flite' could be nicely converted to 'Super Fly'.

i finished the cleaning up of the jaguar and the playbike:
i'm trying to find a good set of schwinn tractors and a rear "S" reflector lens to be done with the jag. the playbike is all done.
