Found these today at our annual vintage bicycle swap meet/sale... kenda yellow skin walls, guy had bought them for his hawaii themed cruiser , but decided too much yellow , will look nice on my burgundy / gold themed BMX cruiser , brand new , never used $40, are these vintage ??
