Not exact, but look's like it could be a Kawasaki. They are very cool and pretty hard to find. Nice score if it is.

Very cool find! If its not a Kawi, I think that Yamaha actually made a similar bike (no, really). Gotta be early 80's or somewhere in the mid to laTER 70'S.

I'd say it is definitely the Ward's bike. Too cool
