Two Finds. A Step-Through Norwood/'45 childrenColumbia

Picked both of these up for $30 total. Both have potential to be some cool builds and parts. Any other info you guys have about either bike would be appreciated!

The Norwood looks like a Ross, going by the fork crown.

1st is a Ross for sure

2nd could be a Roadmaster, got a pic of the chainguard side?

Unfortunately, the chainguard had been removed at some point. The serial number info I was able to find lead me to believe it was a Columbia.
