It's a 1930s Sunbeam Roadster. Looks to be all there. There will be plenty of elbow grease and research involved I'm sure...lol.

Cool thing about this bike is that the chain rides in an oil bath. Its got stermy archer cablles and gears....that helps.

Check out those rear frame mounts....That looks like some kind of rudementary shock absorber. like a hydrolic cylinder. These are still up where the restored bikes are bottomed out...lol.
