Saw one of these things other day and almost got it.

replaces one of your grips and you rev it like a motorcycle.
has the advantage of being silent till you want to make a noise too
Might be a fun replacement for a bell or hooter?
Shame it's so ugly

Truly there is nothing new under the sun.
I had a similar device, called a Muf-flo on my old Evans back in 1964. It was a hollow plastic thing shaped sort of like a motorcycle muffler with a flexible plastic flap that stuck in the spokes.
