you know how our frames are thicker than usual, weell everyone else uses some conduit bpipe brackets, but i havent found any big enough for our frame size (1.5 inches)

Just get some strips of thin sheet metal or aluminum and cut it to size, then wrap it around the frame. Pretty sure Adam did that with copper for Pay It Back.

was just saying that karfer did the copper straps on his last 2 build off bikes(ratty truck/pay it back)

ohhh see i didnt put the 2 comments together and i got confused....actually adam used the pipe clamps too, but they were copper...and 1 inch...but my frame is 1.5 inches and corporate depot didnt have that size. i havent had time to hunt for more.

200 pounds (90 kg) is the most I had to transport (a friend, to the pub...) and that was easy, so you probably could take your wife AND your dog for a ride.

I did it the hard way, there are simpler ways to do it.
