ohhh see i didnt put the 2 comments together and i got confused....actually adam used the pipe clamps too, but they were copper...and 1 inch...but my frame is 1.5 inches and corporate depot didnt have that size. i havent had time to hunt for more.

Dunno, that looks like metal strap to me. Even if it's not, you could still do it. :mrgreen:

200 pounds (90 kg) is the most I had to transport (a friend, to the pub...) and that was easy, so you probably could take your wife AND your dog for a ride.
