Boy I wish I had an old frame or two to hack up and weld up... it would keep me from messin' with my kids stuff but then I wouldn't have heard my baby girl say, "cool Daddy-o, I have a hot rod now"... I've officially thumbed my nose at the "Fisher Price Seal of Approval" and taken the torch to my princess' old "Fold-n-Go" tricycle. Lets see how cool I can make something that was never meant to be anything more than a functional stepping stone.
Step One, I let my 3 year old loose on disassembling with her mad skills, after watching her poke the seat and frame with a phillips head for 5 minutes I showed her the ever helpful..."Righty Tightee, Lefty Loosey)
Inverted the front of the frame to drop it three inches.
Welded it all up
