TGI Friday rescue(JC Higgins)

Picked this up last week at my local TGI Friday's. They are doing some remodeling and didn't need this bike anymore. Obviously it was only decoration and not a cool bike to them. They drilled holes in the rims and painted over the graphics. I am hoping I can save most of it.

Apparently didn't need the whole crank.

Neat grips I think I can save.

Serial number. Any help on dating this one?

Well...given the fine state of the rest of the hulk, I would probably hang it up in my own gaarge, just my opinion. A local shop here has an early Harley-Davidson hanging by the ceiling, along with a Firestone GTO and a Huffy Rail.

Nice bike but too bad they did that to it and good luck with it's parts.
