Suggestions for similar frame to Worksman?

I'm looking for a frame that has a similar look to the basic Worksman frame, something that is a little more available and/or cheaper. I know about the Schwinn Heavy Duti frame but that also seems pretty hard to find. There is one frame I see lots of here in the gallery with a similar look but I'm not sure what it is.

Emory makes frames along that line of heavy duty industrial type. I had a few of them, all sold.
