you forgot to mention thers a ditched b-29 bomber intact in the lake
and isnt that water polluted thats why its not clear any more
used to be a good town to pick up old cars and boat and trailers
 
Well there is still alot of boats out here for sale ,and old cars are still popping up every once in a while, as far as the bomber, there was a crash of an old restored bomber about 8 years ago right outside of Lakeport , I don't think it was a B-29 but it went into a million pieces as far as I know something about not pulling out of the steep banked turn he was attempting.
 
no this happened in 40s or 50s you could see it from an arial shot in the 80s probably not anymore its BIG ive talked to people who have dived it
after it happened militery removed all of armament
i think it would be cool to pull some parts of it
