Springers? Inside and Out!?!?!?!?

Putting a repop springer from amazon on a bike today and I dont know if the smaller arms go on the inside of the larger fork arms?

I always thought it was small ones to the outside of the larger fork arms. I had put one on like that before, but when I look through the gallery here, its like a fitty fitty split inside to outside.

Does it matter.....?

i dont think it makes a difference for function, i know some of the fork legs had a slot like a normal fork and the other fork leg just had a hole, so youd have to put the axle through the slotless leg first ...then the other leg.... then truss rods on after.

Put the slotted main leg on the inside unless you enjoy extra tools and/or work in case of flats or bearing bite. Makes no difference in fork function.
