Speedster and typhoon front forks

Hey guys. I wanted to wrack some of your guys' brains for a sec. I just got two front forks off ebay, one is off a 68 typhoon, and the other is a 73 speedster. Does anyone know what size of wheels those came with, or what size I can squeeze in them.

The typhoon is a middleweight and will take a balloon tire if you don't use a fender. The speedster fork is narrower lightweight fork and won't fit a balloon tire well.

Both bikes came in 20", 24" and 26" so it depends on what you have. You always get more room without fenders, plus if you use generic wheels there a little smaller than Schwinns rims.
