Might do OK, not sure how MTBs hold resale in TX, around here a mid-period, low-end model Specialized wouldn't fetch a whole lot even with the world's best bike detailing. Less than $100 in these parts,
 
Paid $46 for it on Ebay....love them "pick up only" deals.

Have a guy coming this evening with $200 in his pocket. :wink:
 
Wow, I need to start selling my old MTBs on CL down there :) That bike would maybe get $90 tops here to the right person, have to go early/mid 80s before they rise again in cherry condition.

This more like the deal here, 2007 Hardrock Sport for $300, don't think it'll go for that much probably $200 or less. Gotta think half MSRP right off the bat.

Yeah man...you folks in CA are spending it all on mortgages and gas...no money left for used MTBs...he he. :wink:
