Spaceliner with Tank or?

without a springer fork i would guess a flightliner though ive only seen spaceliners with that frame, could be a hiawatha instead of higgins too, may be a couple other lesser known brands as well. looks like its been pieced together

It looks like a Spaceliner to me
I was looking at this bike (on CL) too because it has a tank, but I've already got 2 Spaceliners
This one looks like it has a Schwinn chainring on it
Seems like lots of non-Spaceliner parts on it
I bought just a frame from Bogmonster for $40 and paid over $100 for my base Buildoff bike

I'd start at $80 or less...
a big thing is amount of frame/fork rust (light okay). Clearcoat kept a lot of these from getting really rusty
Haven't seen may tanks in the cities
