There are a lot of other hobbies or activities where after a while everybody is just a mob of identical zombies. Spandex clad roadies (I am one), Harley riders, etc.
I hope that trying new and different things and constantly challenging the norm remains one of the enduring traits of this hobby, or business, etc.
