Seat frame repairs

I was taking apart an old double pan seat and one of the bolts sheared off. Can it be replaced if I finish taking it apart?

I expect you can probably fix it with a carriage bolt and a tack weld or JB.

If this doesn't work, don't blame me, somebody else must have posted it under my name. Probably yoothguy. :mrgreen:
