Schwinn Typhoon, is this worth $75?

Possibly buying this Typhoon today for $75, is this too much? Thanks!

That's a fair-to-good price. You can find one cheaper.... but if you had one just like it, you'd be asking $150 and taking $100. And it'd be $325 on eBay.

Probably, the coppertone color is pretty hot.

I'd say it's worth $75, especially being the desirable coppertone color. The chrome looks like it should clean up great with a little elbow grease. If the seat is in good shape, you could prolly get half of the asking price for that alone. CLean set of S-7's. It could be parts and you'd never loose. I'd offer $50, but you wouldn't be hurt at $100. If you want a coppertone typhoon it could be worth more to you....

Nice knowing where the seat I got for my 1962 tiger came from. That;s a wonderful score, I always love Schwinns of that era. I am curious to see how she turns out.

Great find on your Typhoon...can't lose at that price for that Schwinn....clean and shine that bad boy and you have a winner! Then, ride that bike and strut your stuff!
