S7 tire question

Does 26 x 2 X 1 3/4 fit s7 also? There is a few vendors on eBay that sell these as s7 tires though I thought s7 was 26 x 1 3/4

Yes, that's what I have on mine, the widest tire I could find for an S-7 wheel.

As long as the ISO is 571mm it will fit (26" tires). Most will say they fit s-7 on them as well. I haven't came across a fractional 1-3/4 tire that hasn't fit an S-7 rim.

Right on guys thanks just bought a pair off eBay just now I think sunlite brand in whitewall. I'll post pics when I mount them on my typhoon. I just hope it looks good as my s7 wheels are painted white.

I have a pair of the 26x2x1 3/4. They fit the S7 rim just fine, and they are almost indistinguishable from a full balloon tire. I ended up taking mine off, though. The beauty of the 1 3/4 S7 tire is that it's just enough smaller to give an easier ride than an S2, without giving up the cushion of the 2.125 sized tire. On the other hand, the fatter tires do look cool.
