Just picked this bike up to build for my brother in law. Not too sure on the year but it came out a great rider! Didn't have to do much just threw some new tires on, installed new handlebars and with the help of bugman (got the bike from him), made it a taildragger! Oh and I installed the seat of his choice.

Good looking Rollfast! The original paint and pinstripes look great! Especially on the fender.
I'd guess a 50's model.
I don't know if those (Snyder built) had a serial number you could get the year from.
Your forks have a very slight bend backwards, if you could get them just right, you feel the difference in the ride.
