Bump to revive this old thread. Still have yet to see another. Notice the top tube appears to extend through the seat tube. Also the lower top tube is singular up to the seat tube and does not continue past to form the seat stays. In the photo you can see many of the parts are not original. Showing how I found it. Serial number A407518. If additional information is needed, e.g., dropouts, dimensions, please let me know.

It's Rollfast's version of a paperboy bike, from the mid-later 60s. All Rollfasts were built by the Snyder co., and there isn't any serial # charts available. Frames from around 1940-56 have the year stamped in reverse on the BB. This bike has the 3 spoke chainring, which shows up in the mid-late 60s, and used through the mid 70s, when they closed. Also looks to be a decal badge, and a 40s Murray chainguard. -Adam
