I haven't posted in a while (life happens), but wanted to share this morning's find. 95% there and original I think... I'm a Schwinn guy so I'm hoping my guess is correct. Help dating would be appreciated.

My guess would be that it is a repop do to the reflectors. but still a cool looking bike

Those reflectors, and the friction horn has a single battery and phillips head screws. So 1998 50th anniversary repop.

Cool bike anyway, re-pop or not. Re-pops are great for ratting out, I'd hate to chop up an original but a re-pop I have no regrets. Would look sweet with about a 6 inch stretch and some ape hangers. Or just blow it apart, bang out the fenders, polish, re-assemble and ride.
