My "74EH" is a '47 HawthornE, with aluminum/blue badge, (side holes).
I believe that "04EH" may be a 7-years earlier HawthornE, with the shiny badge and vertical holes.

Hmmm. Seems to make sense. Will have to see if one of those badges is the right height.

I ended up using this bike as my orbo build. Still not badged. Hopefully one step closer.
