Looking for aproximate year made and possibly value? Saddle came of a 28" camel back Elgin, but i do not believe it's stock because the bicycle had other non stock part. The Elgin had a skip tooth block chain on it. The saddle had some adjuster under screw under forward top of seat, as u can see in pic #4. I would appreciate any info???
