I thought your creative minds might enjoy this project I'm working on for my 2 year old. Not rat but I am incorporating a bicycle (though not sure if it's going to pedal yet). Mounting smaller kids bike underneath and I want to chain drive with electric motor from biggest razor scooter. I took all wheels and Axelrod off four wheeler and put front end off Pontiac solstice cuz it's over a foot wider and sits lower. Also have pneumatic rubber wheels for front.
