Looks rollfast to me , sprocket was my first clue.

You could be right, Rollfast or... I once had an AMF with the same crank.

The sprocket is AMF but I don't think the frame is. Dropouts almost look Murray or Huffy

Can you post more pictures? Serial numbe, dropouts, rear fender brace, etc.
