it was originally tan in color
the story on the car is my dads bestfriend got it from his uncle {the original owner} about 7 years ago then about 5 years ago my dads best friend died and he had no kids so it was willed to his sister in colorado and she didnt want it so she gave it to another family friend here in Iowa who had it painted... new brakes tires exhaust ect and last summer my dad was at this guys house and the guy said to my dad "what will it take for you to take that olds home?" my dad who at the time had a 66 impala ss convertible said it would have to be free..... they laffed that was all that was said.... then last friday the guy called my dad and said" that deal still stands when do you want the car?"
so we got the car FREE!
but he knows it will be well taken care of and never be sold

Hooch, Great car at a great price. I would love to own a boat of a car again. That car brings back memories of my Dodge Dart.

I would go for it but the wife likes her goobermobile AKA Dodge Caravan. I have looked at the wagons of that era before in a fancy, mainly the Ford Falcon. Your wagon is great with the pinstripes.
