Nexus Hubs in a Colson Frame. Anybody Done It?

I have a Colson loop tail frame (once a girls frame, now a boys) and I want to install a nexus 7 hub. I need to install the little washer that holds the wheel indexed properly, but can't figure out which ones to use. The charts online are a little confusing and not clear.

So who has done a 7 or 8 speed nexus in one of these frames? What indexing washers did you use??? Photos???

Dan, I made a pair of washers with the correct tab angle. Seemed faster to do that then decipher the charts!

Walker, it's funny that it never occurred to me to just make a set. I know tack welding the tab is easy enough, but what did you use for the washer itself? I mean the axles are slotted.

And do you happen to have any of the original ones I could try to test fit??

Looks like there are two different styles of drop outs on a Colson according to Google image search.

I think to make mine I welded a nub to an orig washer after grinding off the factory one. If you have a pair, come on up and we can knock it out.
