New here with my bike

Im a student at Mizzou and bought this bike just to have a cool ride to get around town i have a lot of plans for it but can anyone tell me what kind of bike it is

It looks newer from the tube forks,if they are original to the frame who knows...stem ,bars, all newer,the truss bars look added on,but it can be what you make of it, what brand of tires are those?

I found out it was a huffy surfside so nothing special but i have a lot off plans so i will post them as they get completed

Check craigslist out there, ive seen some cheap older bikes on it b4.
