We recently just moved to Independence Missouri from Phoenix. After we got settled in my Father-in-Law told me to come over he had something for me. He knows that I collect BMX bikes, so he thought I would like this.

This is HIS Childhood Bike.

Gonna get a repro seat and new sissy bar. New slick tires and some rims. Some OA Bath and this thing will be ride able.

Also went to The Disabled American Veterans Thrift Store and scored this for $5!!!!

In case you're not yet aware... you've got Peddlers Bicycle Shop and the Spokesman bike club there. Someone will chime in.

Yeah I live about 2 minutes ride away from Peddler's. Friggin sweet shop with tons of knowledge. Spokesmen's I have talked to a few of them and hope to be able to go out to their Volkswagen/Bike in 3 weeks.

I have my banana seat racer allready started..... I actually took off this old rusty one and am converting it. Total 70's rust bucket racer style.
