Need help identifying bike and model

From,what,I have read and was told, this looks to be a 1937 CWC Firestone, double bar roadster.
I would like to know model and what type of rear rack is used on this bike.
It has the indentation on the front fender for the initial plate, a Firestone exclusive for this year.
