Need help finishing my bike

Ok, so I would like you guys to help me finish off my bike.

It is a '59 Schwinn Jaguar that I have stripped down.

I know I still want to change out the seat and wheels. I am not opposed to a repaint. I would like to stay within $200 to finish it up.

What do you think I should do?

I personally love the seat! As for changes, I'd say get a stem that drops slightly because that would give the bike a meaner "go fast" look and you still have the ape hangers for the attitude (and altitude) and exchange your knobbly tires for road tires - Electra for example makes some nice ones.

Two tone paint job with some cool paint stencil design. Green with gold or white with red or black and white. Maybe some reflective tires for that blin touch at night or color tires to match paint job. Bmx stem with bmx handle bar. 3 speed hub with drum brake rear and front. Comfortable seat as a priority.
