This is going to be a Navy themed bike. The buildoff is the military buildoff at Freakbikenation. I may have posted this somewhere here before but I can't remember. I wanted to use an old bike, 77 Emory, but this bike will fit the bill better.
I chose this bike because it's a well built frame. 1970. It also has the advantage of 3 speed with coaster brake. That fits well with my plans, because I won't need any brake handles on the handlebars. Nice and clean. I haven't figured out what the shifter will be yet, but I've got a few ideas. My biggest expense will be a leather saddle. Anyone know where I can get one cheap? Also 26 X 1 3/8 tires, different colors?
