Mystery Bike Parts! Please Help Identify!

I found these two bike parts this summer - a vintage kickstand and a speedometer/handlebar stem combo. Any information (like what bikes they originally went to!) would be appreciated! Please check out the attached pictures. Thank you!

Wow; you may have stumbled on some high dollar parts. It looks like somebody parted out a Silver King Flocycle and you got two of the hardest pieces to find. Treat that stem especially well. The kickstand would be called a butterfly kickstand too, for selling/searching purposes. Some guys got all the luck! Cheers.

Hey, Thanks for the information that was great to find out what bike they belong to. That is a beautiful bike, I wish I had the rest of the bike. Now I must decide what to do with them. Thanks again!
