Here are some pics of my old RAT. I road this bike to school and work everyday for about two years. It was made from a frame someone trashed and some spare parts laying around. The twisted sissy bar is custom made. The paint is rattle can red oxide with gloss black patterns. I love this bike, but I had to sell it. I hope to replace it soon. Enjoy.

I love the red oxide primer. I have a VW bug that I am going to paint exactly the same as the bike.

Sweet, the black patterns look great. And +1 about not seeing red primer that much, hmmm.:wink:

This one was supposed to be the replacement, but it is turning out too nice to just primer it. This was a frame and rims I had laying around. I built the springer about 5 years ago. I just stretched a stock springer and added the twisted pieces. I have had it on other bikes but it has never look right. I think it fits this bike perfect. The sissy bar is custom made also.
