Here are the spots to tell.
1. The number on the stem not the headtube above it's insert line, here is mine for example-F278 94 which the last two stand for 1994.
2. The number on the silver sticker above the bottom bracket, here is mine for example- 4-5020-111894 which it's last two are for 1994 and both the stem & the bottom bracket decal is too coincidental.
3. I have seen another bike from 94 that had MOK just like mine, maybe J is for 1993 if the number you gave is from the headtube but I'm not all that sure one it, I have been trying to figure this stuff for 3 years and it's not perfect yet.
