I'm thinking it might be. Barb got it in the bins they put out in the hall at the company a few years back. Sometimes it's the prototype stuff that doesn't quite 'make the cut'.
I have to nearly deflate the tire entirely to push it past the front entry horizontal drop-outs! Then re-inflate to 40 psi once I get it in position.That tire/frame spacing is mint!!
